Bought a W850i from Virgin Mobile for only 115 cos i work there. Anyways i only had it for 2 weeks and the screen become defective so i had it exchanged. Getting the replacement exchanged again tom cos this one has a faulty keypad plus there's a crack on the front were the navigation b*ttons are. It's doing my head in. Not that anyone cares just thought i'd let off some steam lol * +

Anutha fault is wen u end a call it doesnt disconnect it, bad design , plus its very easy2 connect2the net with it avin that tiny b*tton @ the front , * +

I've had my w850i for about a month now and its working like a dream. My girlfriend has the k800i and the stick is a pain in the a*se, much prefer the k750i to the k800i. *
