Its good but nothing special, you'll be better off getting w800i, there around the same price now and its far better then w550i plus there VERY reliable to, which is hard to find in a Sony Ericsson these days, i cannot remember the amount of beatings iv gave little bessy (my w800i) and she's still kicking stronge although she's due a firmware update and a little TLC but its a very solid phone * +
