its the 3G signal icon, when its there you have 3G, when its not there you only have 2G *

I had a feelin thats what it was. I'm not in a very good area for 3g then. Its rarely there. *

HAHA, noticed your from durham, im from newcastle had the same problem with 3G on T Mobile *
