im not to sure about the looks, at first glance it looks like a nice and tidy phone then i took a closer took at the keypad and almost through up its really quite ugly as for the performance, its not to different from the k8 dont think its worth the upgrade if you already have a k8, im hoping and expecting it to be ALOT more reliable as thats the k8s only problem in my opinion *
