This is a problem with this phone. And i sloved it by downloading a new update to my phone. You need to such on internet. But i did have to pay for the download. * +

Yes,first firmware version was cr*p and phones would just go dead. K800 has the automatic fw update which should solve the problem. * +

K800 has a SELF Update service NOT a Automatic Update, so does W850,W810,W900 etc... the dying of K8 is solved by EROM Upgrade * +

Sometimes when i try a game,it says operation failed,so i return to main screen,flick camera cover on and off,then phone works fine. Try it. * +

YOU WHAT WITH THE CAMERA COVER 
i think you might wonna try waiting till the phone processes and loads the whole games/application folder before starting up a game mate, and yeah you that with the operation failed message a simple firmware update should fix it, and to you thats talking about the auto update feature just coz it has the feature dont mean its active, some networks block it, but it can be activated via wotan or davinci :) *
