Jus got my vodafone k800 back from vodacare durban.I requested a software upgrade coz it was buggy.They kept it for a day and i got it today,they say they did an upgrade and an adjustment.But the phone is the same,content,pics,contacts, firmware version etc...the bugs are stil there too. Is this possible?I thought my stuff wil be erased.seems dodgy to me. Am i right? They scratched the phone too! * +

R1ED001 is the firmware i got installed when i got my k800 flashed and sorted but i heard rumors that R1GD001 just came out but never checked so dont know he its true so you want either or the 2 as they'll be the latest * +

Before and after the upgrade it still says i got R1CE001 * +
