here's wat i've done, i downloaded the update service file installed it to pc ,connected phon nd followed instructions * +

a connection was made nd the software detected my phon model nd gave me available update which was W900i Europe 2 * +

i selected continued nd i guess the files were downloaded nd installed altho i did't see a confirmation report of a successful update just that when reached 100% the start up screen of the update programme appeared nd my phone is still not workin * +
