Hey gagand u from India right? Can u tell me ur operator,ip add and do u use wap as ur mode or http as ur mode? I faced the same prob but now its ok it was bull settings that were making magic. I use bpl mobile network and w700i phone similar to ur phone. * +

You can only download 300kb coz thats all the phone supports :( but use mini opera you should be able to download ALOT more * +

Oh flashing your phone with the latest firmware also might work to coz if you got really old firmware installed you still got the block on i know they didnt introduce higher downloading untill the w800 but either should work opera mini or flash you choose lol * +
