If you go to the cpw and buy a payg phone,they will give you a simfree phone and a payg sim. * +

Orange lock their payg and contract mobiles. I dnt kno of any network in uk that is unlocked on payg. But o2 contract phones r unlocked like the person above sed! * +

It depends where u get ur contract example if u go the link/phones4u for contract ur phone is simfree. * +
