Push down where the walkman symbol is at the back of yr fone it shud open. Try takin the battery n sim out for a few minutes but it does sounds like that yr fones crashed and that the fones software needs reflashing. Take it back to where u got it from, they shud sort it free of charge. * +

Did u click on transfer mode on phone before sending them?its crashed will prob be ok after u get batt out. * +

thanks everyone i did try to take battery out nut the bk seems 2 b ja,mmed on me and some neighbours have tried lol im taking it bk tmoro x * +

Hey i kno w810i has got that jamming problem... A few My neighbours w810i got his battery cover jammed 2 but he got it opened from his dealer was not an easy job though:( * +
