I've just done a master reset on my w300i but it just restarted and showed the please wait screen and then never got any further, any ideas what i should do. * +

Tried! In fact i think i've tried all the usual stuff battery in out, sim in out, charger in out whilst phones frozen, different sim! Am proper ! Only had it a few week.. 
weard thing is if i send a txt to it i get a delivery report saying it has been delivered. * +

That's it bro you need to do a firmware or software reset' take it back to your dealer or cellular fix shop' same thing happened to me. * +

Ye i've kinda guessed it's a flash job, and as for o2 i've been waiting for a response to my emails n calls since yesterday evening, and at midnight 2night i've had it 28days which means repair not replace if i read the tnc correct. Thanx neway *
