Get urself an app called MobyExplorer. Got to the files u want to delete, choose ATTRIBUTES and uncheck all the boxes and save. Now choose DELETE. not sure if it will work on the W810i, worked for me on my K750i before i got to know the FarManager software * +

I used moby explorer on my k750i you have to choose pic click onto menu choose properties uncheck read only save or select ok click on actions press delete. * +
