Right i found this out quite a while ago my bf got a w800 i hav t k800 ...his werent workin proply so i got a ear bud and digged it in and went round dnt worry it wnt break bt dnt do it to hard and ynu can actualy see the dirt c*m owt i do it to mine and it works brill now. * +

its when da dirt and dust gets in2 da gasket that u hav a problem. u can clean it, but it stil eventualy stick. thats just what hapns. i hav seen k800i ph's c*m in afta 2 weeks, they hav recently instald a silicone cover undaneath da joystick. *
