Sony dont make bad sound quality in any of der phones. Ringtones are loud nuf 2b heard. Wudnt say the loudest. Bt if u use earfones ud njoy it. Oh and u dont need 2use ringtones. Use video tones :) * +

this phone is faultless ive had it for 2 months its great i only ever bought nokias before..... one slight problem is the camera shutter sumtimes opens in my pocket and wastes the battery apart from that its amazing * +
