I linked my phone to my pc (i dont have the net) and used my phone as the server, but I don't have much credit so the message saying I need 60p credit kept coming up. What I want to know is how does it work? What sort of sites can I go on and is it free because everytime I go on my credit goes down the goes back to what it was. Anyone? Thanks. *

sounds like your with o2 and prepay customer.Basically your using your mobile as a modem,and yes it costs--It's been years since i've uesd a phone as modem but with or only providing wap gprs you will be somewhat restricted(obviously you've entered proxy settings but still!).Use the opera browser then at least you can get by the 5minute download limit. *

..but if you can put up with gprs,3G speeds get an orange or t-mobile sim(1pound per day for data usage).But to be frank it's a piece of P!ss-i'm amazed ppl use gprs/3G when broadband cheaper and sooo much faster. *
