Go to howard forums (google it) and search for mysh,s video encoding guide. he also made a program that does it. i have watched many full movies on my phone using it. i have a w900i. if it doesnt work the links you find there will be enough to put you on the right track to make videos that works great. love watching movies on my phone. *
