Yip,i used my t630 as a modem,so then u can use da t610 too,jus get a data cable or bluetooth dongle * +

It is network dependant. The phone can work as modem but ur network must support it too. * +

you need a cable , serial drivers which you can get from downloading off the web , and mobile support software . Which should come with your cable . Read the T230 modem post . * +
