cant view them, any way i can get this to work, i need to view mp4 format, and phone only runs 3ggp right? isnt there a software update i can get to allow w800 i to view mp4 files, any info im graeful to hear :) * +

I got lots of music vids on my w800i and its in mp4 format. Make sure the video's resolution is 176x132. The video can hav 15 to 30 fps (frames per second) at a bitrate of 192kbps with 128kbps audio. Its very difficult 2 encode,say a music vid,to 3gp. Oh and 3gp and mp4 is exactly the same format,its just 3gp always hav 15fps or less. If u hav any queries post here * +

well, i want to be able to get phone to take it, from a d600 wthout having to upload file to PC and edit it first, no it doesnt work on phone * +

Mp4 does work on w800 i must also say to the guy who said mp4 and 3gp are the same they are not the same very very different and to convertin video's to mp4 there is no need to convert ur audio to 192 takes up too much space rather hav ur file at 64 or 32 kbs also mp4 audio files sound better than mp3 at same bitrate * +
