Since I reset my T290i I can't select and use my templates because everytime I do so it comes straight out of the menu and back to the main screen.What could possible be wrong.mi need some help quick. * +

If you have trouble shootin change your gun. If thats not the problem, get bullets, make sure the gun is not on safety. That suppose to work now. Don't go killin yourself now.

Lol, remove the battery for about 5 mins and then put it back, turn the phone on and try again, if that doesn't work you can try shane's idea, lol and the word is troubleshooting. One word * +

Yes go to master reset, after you select to reset, enter your phone lock code, default is 0000, as soon as the progress bar starts to move across the screen, count to 5 and remove the battery. * +

Ok thanks. Now my girl has a t290 when ever she log on she has a limited time of about 2mins before she seesa message sayin communication error and them every thing gets inactive. Can you help please * +
