I would like to know every one who has the w800 is there any one who has not had problem's with the phone transfer of music etc

First i tried loading music via cable it worked for a while then after that it would transfer the files but when you check on the phone the card would be empty only the songs that i had put previously the worst came when after disconnectin my cable only to find my card had been erased everythin except a few files which have become protected now i cant delete them * +

So i threw cable far and started using blue tooth everythin worked well until i filled the card not really filled the card coz i got 100mb left well now the walkman wont play even the songs that were there it can see all the files but when i try to play them the phone restarts white display then off and on but if i go into file manager i can play the songs this is the worst phone i've ever had * +

Sorry to hear your problems it pounds like you have a software prob or your chip is knackerd if i was you take it back to the shop you got it from if its still under waranty and get them to give you a new 1 i think you have just been unlucky good luck mate hope you get it sorted * +

I had that prob2 but i Jst took out d mem chip an reinsert it an all d songs i put on were there. An ur not suposed 2 play songs while connected 2 computer via usb cable. Had same prob wit ma i-pod * +
