I found a sony ericsson in work when i put my sim in it says inactive sim does that mean its blocked? Blocked fones carnt be unblocked can they? * +

Tried my o2 sim says inactive sim an orange one just makes engaged tone can fones be unblocked i know they can be unlocked * +

Gsm phones cant be blocked by the provider only the network can b locked so its the sim call ur provider n ask them 2 activate ur sim * +
