was on internet and it chased as it does lol so turnd it off then on and it took long n programs wouldnt load so turnd it off again n it reset whenni switchd it back on :( * +

if u reset it u loose all data i ur mobile. if u wana to reset so go to control pannel and then master reset and then enter code 1234 before reset u full ur battery and do not remove battery when reset *
