ur charger is nt providing enough powr 2 phone. Replace d chargr n clean d conn. Pins vid cloth dipped vid sm petrol on it. * +

Had the same problem with the exact same phone, have to send it in. It's something about the pins that are damaged which they have to replace. They told me it's water damage but now that you have the same problem, I know they were talkin . * +
