w580i was a joke, had many flaws n issue with software as well as cracking keypads. that phone was rubbish, as most the above have said the w595 is a sweet phone especially in all black. if u charge your phone properly i dont see why u should have battery power issues? n make sure its on latest firmware too. i like the phone its a nice neat sliding phone *
