Yep it seems like it. If i remember correctly Cyber-shot and Walkmans are now merged in to Entertainment Unlimited: Yari, Aino, and Satio are the type of devices we're gna see now. Its a good move,seeing as theres no point in having a Camera focused phone and Music focused phone, both tend to get into each others territory eg. C902 and W902. * +

Build Walkmans in Samsungs? Do you know how crazy that sounds, your talking of Japan and Korea, both have far too much pride to do such a thing. Plus SAMSUNG make far better audio quality in their phones than SE. Just take the i450 or Innov8 i8510 and have a listen. *
