anyone considering buying this phone DON'T!!!!!!! i've had mine less than 2weeks and had problems with crashing and programs loading since i first turned it on. the touchscreen is unbeleivably bad and the speaker is impossible ti hear anywhere thats not completly silent. just wished i had read the comments about it on here first. * +

,i had similar prob wit my L-ow G-rade KU990 for 2years,pathetic mobil an worst upgrad ever...bad touchscreen,soft speakers,fuzzy camera...i can go on man lg is much worse... * +

your satio may need the firmware upgrade thats been released... u do know the early firmwares are major buggy? its been all around the forums u cant miss it... i still think its a unreliable phone fullstop * +

lol,u can download da firmwar updat off da web perhaps...i used to hav high hopes 4dat phone wit its large screen an monster overkill cam bt since recent events o it bugs an softwar i'm BITTERLY disappointd. * +

you say about the touch screen and the speaker being bad, just a though but have you removed the protective screen cover? I found that had a major impact on the sensitivity * +

my KU990 touchscreen ws pathetic, wasn touch sensitiv at all u had to press prety hard sometims just o access menu an kuk...the cam was ALWAYS fuzzy, the games neva workd, TV ws always pixelated an unbearbal to wacth, the charger gave me problems lik a constant....i can go on der were so many problems with dat mobil.....HATE LG NEVER GETTIN BRAND AGAIN! * +

my satio has never had any problems. Speakers, touch screen, loading and applications all work perfectly fine. Battery life id a bit cr*p, but i think that's nothing because it's a brilliant phone. * +
