whenever i turn my k850 on the keypad jus lights up and the blue ring aroung the camera. ive tried SEUS update a min ago and still the same problem. can any u help me plz? i really need it thank you * +

when it turns on it keeps restarting with the kepad lighting up and the blue ring untill i take the battery out. any help will be apperciated thank u all!!! * +

Nothing wrong with hardware, take it to a service center. You have a buggy firmware. * +
