iv a w890i....i tried to master reset it...it switched of... now its say please wait.... iv waited a thousand years ....switched it off did it did it again...please wait... :( is it broken for ever...anyone clever know?? * +

don't know much about sonys but if you did a master reset, you should have basically restored factory settings. i.e all data, contacts, files you've added, will have been deleted unless you backed them up. why are you trying to reset it? what was wrong to start with? * +

no phone memory....it says in the book to do it.... done it before no bother..... its not a complete reset....but it comes on now and just saya please wait...switches off then on....then please wait again.....grrrr!!!!! im gonna take it to visit a shop 2morro i think !!! its fairly new !!! grrrr.... thanx :) * +
