I hate this phone, it has 2 be my worst purchase ever! It constantly tells me i've no files on my mem stick, freezes constantly, doesn't charge when switched off, my wallpaper keeps vanishing its only 2 months old! * +

Software update will make it perfect. Go to sonyericsson.com n download d software 'SONY ERICSSON UPDATE SERVICE'. Follow instructions n update ur phone's software. * +

Make sure you back up all data on its back up service too. And remove your memory card just in case. * +

u shud still reinstall d software. n rhyno is right. back up everything u av in PHONE memory like contacts etc. * +
