I've got a c905 and the down pad on the direction pad has became stiff andy hardly moves.this is my 2nd phone coz the exact same thing happened 2 my 1st one.does any1 know if this seems 2b a comon fault with them? Im on contract+have no insurance. * +

Never get a phone b4 six months of release,u probly got da c905 first release which is 'erratic.'This was the same case with the c902.Microsoft are kings at producing wak softwares and later reengineering 'em.Lol. * +

I have just got mine back from being repaired exact same problem and my number 4 b*tton stopped workin to ill keep you posted how i get on this time round * +

Mine has just gone in for repair.i wonder how many times it needs to be sent away for repair b4 they will replace with a new one? *
