i am using w810i. recently i am having problem with its camera and song play. when i capture a image its ok . but when i open it then i see it is not ok. i mean its image is broken. any one know how to fix it. and when i capture in less resulation then its ok. also i am having problem when i play song. after playing 1 or 2 song it says failed. please help * +

Havent heard of 1st prob, try master reset. The 2nd prob, u might have changed file location. * +

When the song is playing it stopped in the middile of song. Sometimes it played smt not. Also theres scratch sound in song * +
