Hw can i flash my k850? I'm having trouble with my soft keys. Right soft key to be precise. Now i know bout fw upgrade. But wot's d diff between flash n fw upgrade? Plz help. HOW TO FLASH? * +

Lemme explain d exact problem. When i press d DOWN scroll key, d phone thinks i've pressed d right soft key. But it's not always. It happens off n on. But it's VERY irritating. I mean when i'm in d middle of something, i press d DOWN key n it works d other way. And sometimes d right soft key jus stops responding! * +

Polo, gtr. U hav any solution? Shud i go for master reset or wot? Actually i came a bit more close to the prob. Polo u av k850. U know d place on d keypad where JKL is written? I.e, exactly between key 5 n d DOWN scroll key. Nw wen i press it down, it works as d right soft key n then d right soft key stops functioning. It's irritating. And that portion gets pressed while pressing d DOWN key! * +
