Try updating to latest firmware: R1FA035. My K850 also had terrible batt life but now it easily does 2-2.5days with moderate use and around a 1.5days with heavy-ish use. The older firmwares made it power hungry, also go to Mobile Networks and switch it to GSM if you dont always need HSDPA. * +

Yup! Check the mobile network settings. Keep it on GSM . It saves power. My battery last 1.5days on extreme usage. *
