3 main causes, 1 corrupt erom which is easily fixable by flashing new erom, 2 corrupt firmware normally solved by flashing the phone, 3 corrupt GDFS which is really bad and sometimes unfixable, oh yeah and water damage, not sure if DB2010 GDFS damage can be fixed for free yet?? (DB2020 can I think (sometimes, but its risky)). *
