Hey can someone please a55 ist me. I have w890i and having a problem connecting it to pc via usb cable. Everytime i connect it, it says usb not recognised. I already uninstalled pc suite and re installed it but still doing the same thing . Can someone please help asap * +

when u connect the fne and pc a option appears on the fne display. select a option. the defaults is transfer mode. the suite needs TELEPHONE MODE * +

Yes i did that. The thing is. When i connect usb to phone i put it in phone mode. Normally phone will charge but its not. On pc its saying usb not recognised. Its picking up my phone as an unknown device. I master resetted the phone. Reinstalled pc suite as well. Any other suggestions anybody? * +

Alright. There are few solutions. The problem might be with usb cable or ports. Try another cable or ports. Another problem might be with ur phone connection port. Clean it. * +

i did that as well. Same result. It was working fine earlier . I used my phone as modem and connected to website on pc. While it was loading the page on pc. I logged on to a website through my phones browser. Both connections got lost and now this is happening. Please help * +
