Well if its unbranded and has latest fw then get the K850. Its got tri-band HSDPA, 5mp cam with 3led, Xenon flash, supports both m2 and microSD mem cards. Only bad point is that it doesnt have GPS. The C702 has GPS plus its splash and dust resistant, has a nice 3.2mp cam with led flash, and its slightly newer, only letdown i think is its design style. Overall id say get K850,if its a generic one * +

K850 is expensive than c702 atleast here where i live. Both hav similar screen size and have good cams. If budget is no problem go for k850 as polo said. *
