i hav the same problem kim, my w910i normally turns off n back on agen wen the battery gettin too hot. eg downloadin alot, on the net a long time. A new battery might work but i had two batterys it still turned off on me. if u upgrade ur lose all ur messages, downloaded games applications but then ur phone will be faster hav better programs, but wots a phone for, txtin n callin ppl lol x *
