Its stil new so its under warranty. Take it back. It needs firmware update. It wil b done free under warranty. I know dat warped sound like music going loud n soft all th time. My did it 4bout a day n then got back 2 normal. * +

I think dat warped sound was cos i didn connect earphones properly but it hasnt troubled since so i didn bother sending phone in but u shud report it wen sending phone 4 update. * +

Ok cos mine hasnt done it again so i was a55 uming dat i didnt plug in properly so it probably software related. They wil sort it out under warranty. * +
