yes unbranding is good. wen u flash to latest firmware,u wil b able to patch yo fon. Patches wil add functions to yo fon which u neva thot exsted. Eg radio without headsets,full acces to fon functions without sim card,ability to see yo internal file system in java apps and also in filemanager. D list goes on * +

Ok.. Well if flashing means wiping absolutely everything off my phone ( the apps came with the network which my phone is locked 2 so i cant even transfer them onto my memory card )..... i wonder if that means i cant unlock my phone if i want 2 keep using them 4 free.... lol man.... Bottom line is flashing is out and my apps stay in i guess... Shame tho * +

Aye checking all sources for info is key. Its worth doing if ur gonna go down that path coz u really cant afford 2 make the wrong mistake and brick ur phone. Just make sure ur confident about what u want to do before u start. Everyone has to learn in the beginning but im sure u will work it out. Good luck * +
