I think it is but its certainly NOT worth its price lol. At Over R6000 yet it doesnt have HSDPA, GPS, built in 3.5mm jack, nor good sound, plus its CPU and most other hardware are 3yearsold, im guessing SE are making quite a loss on it. Its battery life aint good either. * +
