When u look at the W810i flashlight,there are like two yellow dots. When u turn on the flashlight,shud both of them light up? For me,only one lights up. Is this normal? * +

well seems like hardware problem but dont bother 2 much. flash not really great 4 pics. i dont think u wil miss it. * +

Could just be a loose lead. Take the phone apart and make sure everything is connected * +
