ok why is it tha when i apply a patch on my w810 it kill my gdfs but luckily i had a backup b4 and i was able to restore the phone.right now i sceptical to apply.Note! the patches i want to apply patches compatible with my firmware to improve phone function does anybody know how to apply a patch lets say i wanted to change the battery colour 4example * +

Dear Luda,dat is so simple. Its clear as daylight that u are applying a corrupt patch or a patch that doesnt match yo Main. If yo main is R4E031 then u must use patch that matches it. Eg. look at dis patch: blue-battery-colour-W810-R4031 * +

Ok now i understand it seem like i use r4e031 instead of R4E031 patch my firmware is R4E031 thanks i will try it and let u know ok * +

r4e031 and R4E031 are one and the same,jus dat one is small letters and other is capital letters * +

SETool2 Lite , use jdflaser or make sure you have correct rest file in the rest dir. * +

to make rest file, drop your main FW (in .mbn format) onto ssw2rest.exe, then put the file in SETool2/rest/ (ssw2rest is in the make_rest folder) * +
