With 80percent of S.E. phones made with joysticks (that hangs, gets stucked, gets broken, or just wont work) with time- could there be any general solution to Joystick Problems? * +

yeah keep it clean n i've also got patch to change joystick function to key pad on my w800. prevents abit of wear on it. * +

Yes. Not only se. Every other manufacturer should think about it. Put them only when needed. Why do u do it when u know its going 2 give u problems in future? * +

Most if not all phones that use joysticks are problematic after a while. The are only two phones that came with good joysticks: The Nokia N91 and E61. The rest have cr*p joysticks. My friends N73 joystick fell off, another friends imate SP5 joystick is messd, my Old W800 joystick was also faulty if not cleaned often and a skul mates K800 joystick doesnt function properly anymore. Are there any new SE models with joysticks? I thnk theyve learnt their lesson. * +
