the fs must be corrupted and has affected the layout.xml. Reflash properly. If problem continues,then it must be hardware problem * +

lol, what kinda lines, blown pixels maybe? if they are dead pxls then you'd need a new LCD (in fact if its not software rlated it needs LCD lol). * +
