takd batt out and press power b*ttn 5 times as if ur turning on then put batt bk in n turn on mind n say ta lol * +

Btw 5 to ten times to drain on board bat u mite b beter to move pix etc to mem card before trying m8 * +

Same diffrence but u dont loose al data my way , check and clean jack at bottom of fone altho unlikly hardware prob , if that doesnt work inbox * +
