WSODs usually occur when you are messing with the Java and the JRM files in the FS fail or corrupt. The phone's operating environment goes down with it and an FS reflash fixes it. It can happen temporarilly and restarting the phone fixes it. WSODs shouldn't occur at all if you keep JARs on the phone. Both my phones have never WSOD'd. 2 years. *
