.Flashing is the changing of a phones firmware. To flash,u nid the following: usb flash drivers,a flashing software(XS++) and a dcu-60 usb cable. a)FLASHING USING XS++ : Fully charge yo fon,switch off fon,start xs and click on connect,hold c on yo fon and insert usb cable from yo fon 2 the pc. Yo fon gets detected and its details wil b shown. Highlight the flash circle,were its says flash main,put in d main.mbn file. stem select a custpuck dat matches yo fs. Click flash tab,process teks 6-8 min. Wen it finishes,remove and insert battery then switch on yo fon. * +

.Modding is the modyfying of yo file system i.e. changing yo sound and camera drivers,changing yo menu and putting flash themes etc. To dis,switch off fon and hold c,start xs and wen yo fon is detected,highlight the fsx circle,click start fsx and files in the fs wil b shown. To put flash themes,put the swf file in tpa/preset/system/desktop/flash then put the theme file in the normal theme folder. .GDFS BACKUP: Its owayz impotant to backup yo gdfs before modding yo fon incase anythng goes wrong,usually yo fon screen goes white. To backup,highlight gdfs circle then click backup gdfs,it will b stored in the xs folda. u want to restore and yo fon kud b saved..PATCHING: This is the adding of new features to yo fon and removing restrictions.APPLYING PATCHES: Download S.E. TOOL 2 LITE,different versions support different fons. Start s.e. tool,at misc,add the patch u want,click 'write script' and follow instructions.REMOVING PATCHES: If yo fon acts funy afta applyin a patch,remove it.
