Take out your m2 sandisk micro card store everything onto it go omto your setting page normal you can eitheq scroll down to master reset do eitheq just settings master reset or complete phone it will say ur lose sum of the functions on total reset or settings just resets phone will automatically switch of then on either way save everything on m2 disk posted by BackkcaB * +
