U record the name of caller thru headphones. And later u press the b*tton on ur handsfree and say the name u recorded. If ur phone detects the voice, it calls them. * +

I dont know much about k310, but if its same as k800 u can record it frm phone too. But from headset its far too easier. And voice control is meant for handsfree. So better get it. *
