I got some serious prob wit my k800, when i slide the cover to open the camera, nothin happen. So i hav to go to menu n enter in camera icon to take pic. Plus when i take the pic, it just show a black pic as if i took a darkened room. Pls help, * +

Maybe ur slider is malfunctioning.repair it. And about the black pic,make sure all camera settings r alright n see. * +

This happens sometimes with my k800i too. If i slide camera cover it just shows a black screen so i dont know what i am taking a pic of so have to go to main menu to access camera. So annoying! * +

It's as a result of the malfunction of internal slide switch. As for the black background, it'll be ok if the internal switch is fixed. *
